At Chamak.co.uk, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
Return Period:
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of the date of delivery. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- The item(s) must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
- The item(s) must be free from any odors or stains.
- The item(s) must be in its original packaging.
Return Process:
- Log in to your Chamak.co.uk account and go to the "Order History" section.
- Select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on the "Return Items" button and follow the instructions provided.
Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- You have the freedom to choose any courier company for the return shipping. However, please note that Evri.com offers a convenient returns service at a cost of £2.59 for items up to 1kg. You may choose to use their service or any other courier company of your preference.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item on our website.
